Goals

At the beginning of our diet we decided that the most important thing was to come up with goals for ourselves in terms of our health. Mine are much more extensive than his, but here they are nevertheless.

Girl:
-Healthy weight range of 110-130 (that's more than 100+ pounds to lose)
-Have attractive arms, they are my biggest source of unhappiness in appearance
-Be eating healthy food so that my stomach doesn't always hurt after eating
-Become a runner, something I have always wanted to do


Boy:
I am relatively in shape and "healthy" so what I want to accomplish by our new diet is to be lean and do better on my PT tests.
